JLA supports many building owners with tenant fit outs and leasing and marketing. When a space becomes available, we create a lease outline drawing (LOD) for the leasing agent and collect information on the space to complete the landlord work when it is leased.
We also aggregate all the information to create an overall building database. Our clients enjoy a fast turnaround for future LOD’s and configuration options at a fraction of the normal cost.
