Our design leveraged a manufactured building for speed, radiant floor in the service area for mechanic’s comfort, skylights for energy savings and low operations cost, and building modeling to place eaves in the right places for seasonal shading and high-building performance. We also designed the showroom to highlight the parts department resulting in the highest parts department revenue producing unit in the company.
Built by Pancoast and Clifford of West Chester, PA, this design received the Best Pre-Engineered Metal Building Project from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc Eastern Chapter.
